Crunchy on the outside, yes soft on the inside, this dish really plays with all your senses and is a taste sensation that you will never forget! The shell of this kubba is made with ground rice dough and turmeric to give it a rich golden color, and the inside stuffing is made with ground beef, parsley, and mixed spices. 

Kubba Hamouth is a popular Iraqi dish that is made from a mixture of ground rice and ground beef that when combined, turn into a dough. The dough is then formed into a small disc and stuffed with a mixture of spiced beef and onions. Once it is stuffed, it is closed to form a round patty.

Kubba Saray is one of the ultimate Middle Eastern dumplings. Shaped like a tennis ball and filled with delicious seasoned beef, Kubba Saray can be enjoyed as a main dish (cooked in a stew with tomato soup) or just fried and enjoyed as an appetizer.

Another variation of kubba is this crispy, oval, deep fried dumpling-like kubba which is called Tarabulsia. The shell is made of bulgur dough, which is used to encase a spiced meat filling. While the shape may be similar to other kubba, this variation is just as flavorful and delicious!
