Kubba Saray is one of the ultimate Middle Eastern dumplings. Shaped like a tennis ball and filled with delicious seasoned beef, Kubba Saray can be enjoyed as a main dish (cooked in a stew with tomato soup) or just fried and enjoyed as an appetizer.

A fun fact: Kubba Saray is considered to be a winter treat because it is mainly cooked and enjoyed during the winter months!  


Dough: Bulgur (Wheat), Jereesh (Cracked Wheat), Extra Lean Ground Beef, Water, Salt

Filling: Ground Beef, Onion, Spices, Salt


Soup Instructions – In a large pot, heat 4 tablespoons of tomato paste in 2.5L of water, once boiling, add Kubba Saray to the pot and allow it to cook for 10-15 minutes, remove Kubba Saray and serve.
