Kubba Saray is one of the ultimate Middle Eastern dumplings. Shaped like a tennis ball and filled with delicious seasoned beef, Kubba Saray can be enjoyed as a main dish (cooked in a stew with tomato soup) or just fried and enjoyed as an appetizer.

Dough: Bulgur (Wheat), Jereesh (Cracked Wheat), Extra Lean Ground Beef, Water, Salt
Filling: Ground Beef, Onion, Spices, Salt
Option 1: Boiling Instructions – Bring a large pot of water and some salt to a boil, add Kubba Saray to the pot and allow it to cook for 8-10 minutes, remove Kubba Saray and serve.
Option 2: Soup Instructions – In a large pot, heat contents of the tomato sauce packet in 2.5L of water, once boiling, add Kubba Saray to the pot and allow it to cook for 8-10 minutes, remove Kubba Saray and serve.
