Another variation of kubba is this crispy, oval, deep fried dumpling-like kubba which is called Tarabulsia. The shell is made of bulgur dough, which is used to encase a spiced meat filling. While the shape may be similar to other kubba, this variation is just as flavorful and delicious! 


Dough: Bulgur (Wheat), Extra Lean Ground Beef, Onion, Water, Salt

Filling: Ground Beef, Onion, Spices, Salt


Microwave: Microwave potato chap for 1-2 minutes and serve hot

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 175°C (350°F), place Potato Chap on a tray with baking sheet in the oven for approximately 10-15 minutes and serve hot
