Kubba or kibbeh (Arabic) is a Levantine festive food that is typically shaped like an egg, disc, or ball pattie that is made of bulgur, ground rice, potatoes or Jeeresh. They are stuffed with finely ground beef along with minced onions and Middle Eastern spices
