Kubba Hamouth is a popular Iraqi dish that is made from a mixture of ground rice and ground beef that when combined, turn into a dough. The dough is then formed into a small disc and stuffed with a mixture of spiced beef and onions. Once it is stuffed, it is closed to form a round patty.

Dough: Ground Rice Flour, Extra Lean Ground Beef, Water, Salt

Filling: Ground Beef, Onion, Spices, Salt

In a large pot, heat 4 tablespoons tomato paste in 2.5L of water, once boiling, add Kubba hamouth, salt, and black pepper and allow it to cook for 40-45 minutes.

Note, you can sauté Swiss chard and/or turnip and add it to the sauce
