Kubba Bulgur Tapsi is one of the many varieties of Middle Eastern dumplings. Kubba Bulgur can be baked, fried, and stewed in a tomato soup. The variety of cooking methods makes this kubba extremely versatile and favored.

Dough: Bulgur (Wheat), Jereesh (Cracked Wheat), Extra Lean Ground Beef, Water, Salt
Filling: Ground Beef, Onion, Spices, Salt

Option 1: Boiling Instructions– bring a large pot of water and some salt to a boil, add Kubba Bulgur to the pot and allow it to cook for 8-10 minutes, remove Kubba Bulgur and serve
Option 2: Baking Instructions – Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Drizzle some oil on surface of Kubba and bake for 5 minutes.
