Beef Bourak are the Middle Eastern version of spring rolls. Filled with seasoned ground beef, onions, and parsley and fried to a crispy little cigar-shaped snack; these make the impeccable appetizer or finger food!
Dough: Wheat Flour, Water, Corn Starch, Salt
Beef Filling: Ground Beef, Onion, Parsley, Olive Oil, Spices, Salt
Microwave: Microwave Bourak for 1-2 minutes and serve hot
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 175°C (350°F), place Bourak on a tray with baking sheet in the oven for approximately 10-15 minutes and serve hot
