Cook from frozen. For best results prepare on the barbecue. Do Not Microwave.
Barbecue: Pre-heat grill to medium-high heat. Cook burgers for 5 minutes per side, with the lid down.
Pan-fry: Pre-heat 1 tablespoon of vegetables oil on a frying pan on medium heat and fry burgers for 5 minutes per side until done. The burger is cooked when an internal temperature of 71°C (160F) is reached and the juices run clear.
